In my front garden the roses are still showing of their splendour. Yesterday they were covered by the first snow of the season.

That’s remarkable. Does the snow affect the rose at all?

The snow doesn´t seem to have harmed the roses. It was just below zero, and a very light snowfall, and most of it had melted away by lunch time.
