Skogspromenad i april/A walk in the forest
Både blåsippor och vitsippor blommar nu i skogspartiet hemmavid. Ute vid Dalkarlskärret solar både snok och huggorm.

På jakt efter vårtecken/In search of spring
För drygt två veckor var det fortfarande snö och is och våren kändes långt borta även om det droppade och töade under dagtid.
Nu, halvvägs in i april finns börjar vårblommorna synas i rabatterna.
Sol och värme gjorde att jag hoppades på vårtecken också i skogen. Snön och isen är nästan borta, men än så länge är det ont om vårtecken. Hasseln blommar och efter mycket letande hittade jag en lite tuva blåsippor.
Went for a walk searching for signs of spring. In my garden the first spring flowers bloom, but in the small forest nearby, I found only a small patch of blue wood anemones.
